Hannah Henderson - U.S.A - Principal content writer

Ms. Henderson, before accepting Christ, was a supporter of the anti-Christian New Age Movement. Today she is ordained in the non-denominational church.

Javier Reyes - Ecuador - Spanish language translator

Mr. Reyes' has an amazing testimony of personal salvation and the power of true faith in God to survive the "nightmares" of life. He continues to put into practice the biblical truths that he began learning with the ministry of Heavenly Manna--a ministry he came to join.

Vanessa Winters - U.S.A - Principal author of Christian fiction, youth worker

Vanessa's ministry is primarily with teens. Currently, she facilitates a weekly, local group of highschool girls. Her interest in teen issues started many years ago when she started facilitating groups as a volunteer at a teen placement facility. She writes short story problems involving characters in many situations similar to those in which teens might find themselves. When these are read aloud which takes place approximately five minutes, very lively and stimulating discussions follow.

When this is done in public facilities there is an attempt on the part of educators and administrators to minimize or eliminate suggestions that characters may have found their answers in Christianity. Nevertheless, students often ask direct and specific questions regarding faith. It is these times that she waits for because many of the story problems are written from true events that happened in her own troubled teen life. She then has the opportunity to share how the Lord delivered her out of so many seemingly impossible and sometimes life-threatening situations. It becomres evident, even to those who weren't there that often the intervention was of a divine nature.

Karin F. Handley - Argentina - Spanish language translator

Sister Handley is a wife and mother of 3 boys. She is a member of The Redeemer, Lutheran Church in Buenos Aires. She is a full-time freelance translator, editor, and writer of Christian and secular material. She is also a faithful volunteer with Heavenly Manna.

James Haslam - France - French language translator

Brother Haslam, originally from england, is currently a student of Law and French at Leicester University. He is Heavenly Manna's first French language translator having translated not only the first material offered in the French language, but also the framework of the site for speakers of French. Mr. Haslam joined us in July of 2009 and has faithfully volunteered his time to produce this work of the gospel.

Margarita Cisneros - New Jersey, U.S.A - Spanish language translator

Sister Cisneros joined the team of Heavenly Manna back in mid August of 2009. She has been a dedicated volunteer and an inspiration to us all. We are happy to be her colaborers in the gospel. Sister Cisneros has a very encouraging testimony of salvation and deliverance.

Testimony:
My name is Margarita Cisneros. I live in New Jersey. From an early age I had been fascinated with the occult and the New Age. I took classes, attended workshops, joined temples, watched movies, and read many books on the subject. I've always been very spiritual and I thought the occult was the way to go. Unfortunately, my dear daughter learned along with me. We have seen the manifestation of evil in our family. I started having terrible dreams and nightmares. I would see dark figures coming to visit me in the night. I'd wake up from sleep only to find myself unable to move, paralyzed, looking at the figure and listening to a buzzing sound. Those events were very frightening. During all those terrifying times, my only recourse was to pray to Jesus in my mind. Every time I did that, all powerful, all merciful, all good Jesus came to my rescue even though I was not worshipping Him. Actually, many times before receiving salvation I would say that we need a new paradigm, something else as a model for morality, something that would lead all men to respect and love each other, that the world was in so much trouble because of Christianity.

Our lives were getting more and more problematic. I had a job I loved and one day last year while leaving work, crossing the street, I got struck by a car. What is strange about it is that I had dreamed about it and had seen the dark figure in my room a few days before. As a result of the accident, I lost my job and the insurance did not pay anything because I did not bleed or have any broken bones. I still have hospital, therapy and doctor bills pending. Moreover, my body is still hurting. I cannot talk about all the horrific things we have experience because my testimony would be too long.

My daughter and I began looking for Jesus because we knew He's the only truth without error. Nevertheless, that proved to be another hurdle. I was surprised at the many churches that claim to be Christian, but when you listen closely, they are not. Many say, "God is inside of you", Jesus was just a teacher, you can bring God into consciousness, God is everything that is alive, you are part of God. I know of all of these are heresies, this deception and error. I know I am not God but rather am God's creature. There is only one God. His Son Jesus Christ is a Person of the Holy Trinity as is the Holy Spirit.

My daughter and I have been saved. Praise Our Lord Jesus Christ, the only true and eternal God.

Ruth Zetek - U.S.A. - English Language Editor

Ruth Zetek is married and, with her husband, is a member of an evangelical free church in Wisconsin. She grew up in a Christian family in Maine, accepted Jesus as her savior at the age of 8, graduated from Bible college, has a degree in English, and currently serves on the missions committee for her church.

Heavenly Manna's Christian articles and Bible studies are always made freely available to the overseas pastors with which a partnership is maintained. Presently, the pastors are in India. They are poor in finances but rich in faith, often pastoring several congregations that welcome the widow, orphan, and leper. Quality Christian teaching materials are very difficult to obtain in India. These pastors often use this ministry's studies in their own ministries.

However, these pastors, as well as many other people have limited or no access at all to the Internet or simply choose not to connect to the world wide web. At present, Heavenly Manna's materials are available only via the Internet. Donations will help us to provide the same quality materials in print.
