Intense Bible Study Is Needed for Intense Questions
Whether you're a new believer or have been a member of a church for quite some time, you are welcome to join our international Bible study if you have questions that are not being tackled in your current Bible classes. Or perhaps your church doesn't offer a Bible study--a growing trend within the United States at least. So, how can our Bible study be international? Simple. We offer Bible study by Skype. Today's technology allows us to reach more people with the gospel, and to connect with brethren in other areas whom we'd never meet were it not for the internet.
Skype is totally free. You need only an email address, which can be obtained free of charge, to set up an account. You are then able to speak free of charge with anyone in the world who also has a Skype account. What's more is a group of people in various locations can talk with one another. You would simply make a Skype call with voice only or with video to BibleStudy@HeavenlyManna.net to join us all for an intense, eye-opening, but lively study of the Bible.
We deal with questions and topics that are never tackled, or never studied in depth in typical Bible studies and Sunday school classes. Topics to be dealt with include:
1. Can Christians be cursed through witchcraft?
2. Does God speak to us in dreams?
3. What does the Bible say about ghosts and ghost hunting?
4. Does the Bible say the deceased are still among us?
5. Is belief in the rapture of the church really supported by scripture?
6. Who are the seven Spirits of God?
7. Why didn't God destroy Satan long ago?
This is just the tip of the iceberg.
Come prepared to get biblical answers to your questions about the Bible, questions about god, questions about the paranormal, questions about the spirit world, questions about the afterlife, and so much more. Participation is totally free, and no materials are required. Sometimes we base the study on a short ebook you might want to download, so you don't have to take so many notes. Most of the ministry's books are less than $3.00. Participants are recommended to have a Bible, notebook and a pen to take notes. We will meet weekly by skype. We will begin our kick-off study Wednesday, August 9th at 6:00 p.m. Chicago time in the United States. If that time does not work for you, please let us know. A sincere desire to learn as well as an amiable and respectful attitude toward everyone at all times are absolutely required. Anyone who becomes belligerent, disruptive, or who attempts to be the center of attention will be disconnected.
Please keep in mind this is a study for believers. If you do not believe in the divinity of Jesus and / or have not accepted Him as Lord and Savior, you are not considered to be a believer. Also, true born-again believers believe in walking in daily obedience to Christ.
